Attaching devices to your Fologram account

Before you can access your Fologram subscription on the HoloLens you will first need to attach your HoloLens to your account.
 

Creating an attachment QR code

Sign in to your account at app.fologram.com/account and click on Attach Device to display a QR code containing your unique account API key.
Turn on your HoloLens 2 headset or mobile device and ensure that it is connected to the internet. Then scan the attachment QR code (on the HoloLens you will need to press the play button that appears) and follow the prompts to attach your device. The next time you attempt to download a model or connect to a session your device should pair with your account and appear in the list of attached devices on your dashboard.

Issues with scanning QR codes

Detecting QR codes is affected by the lighting of your space, the angle of the QR code, whether any part of the code is covered, reflection and glare and the size of the code. See this guide for help if you’re having issues with detecting the attachment code.

Detaching a device
