Managing Subscriptions

You can access your Fologram account dashboard by signing in to https://app.fologram.com/account
 

Adding a subscription

You will need access to a subscription to view live-streamed or published models. Fologram works with a floating license system, so if you are planning to use multiple HoloLens or mobile devices simultaneously you (or your institution) will need to purchase a seat for each device.
To purchase a new subscription, enter the number of seats required for your device type and specify the billing period. Click Checkout to proceed to the Stripe payment portal.

Changing an existing subscription

To cancel, add or remove seats from an existing Fologram subscription, click Edit / Cancel Subscription. This will open the Stripe customer portal where you can make any required changes.
If you require multiple renewal periods - for instance to temporarily increase the number of available seats using a monthly plan - you can add a second subscription using the Checkout at the bottom of your dashboard.
Each of these subscriptions can then be managed from the Stripe customer portal.

Alternative payment methods and renewal periods

If your institution requires payment by quote, purchase order, invoice, bank transfer or credit card link these can be arranged by contacting sales@fologram.com.
For educational institutions we also offer longer renewal periods of 2 and 3 years at a further discount.
