To create a Fologram account, go to https://fologram.com/signup and follow the instructions. You can then purchase and manage subscriptions using your account dashboard. (https://fologram.com/dashboard). To access your license in Fologram for HoloLens you will need to link your device to your account using the following steps.
On the Desktop:
Sign in to your Fologram Dashboard via fologram.com/dashboard, and click on the 'Connect' tab to display your account QR code.
On the HoloLens:
Launch Fologram from the Windows Home menu. When prompted, allow Microphone and Camera permissions.

If you do not enable permissions, you will not be able to complete the remaining steps and Fologram will not function.
Here you will see details of your current trial or subscription. Click on 'Attach HoloLens':
You will be prompted to look at your Account QR code. While wearing the HoloLens, hold your head steady and around 500mm from the screen displaying your account QR code to help with detection. Once the code is detected the menu will display your subscription information (if there is any active licenses) instead of the trial information:

Use a large desktop monitor to display the account code if possible and avoid high-glare screens or environments.
Back on the Desktop:
Your newly attached HoloLens will be visible in the Devices tab. Repeat these steps to attach any additional headsets to your account.

Fologram for HoloLens uses a floating license system. Devices attached to your account will automatically be assigned a license if one is not currently in use.
